Installing a new 400-amp service. New meter base, riser, and main disconnect switch will be installed, along with new feeders sized to the service amperage. 2 new ground rods will be installed along with the communications bonding bar. Service will feed 2 existing panels "LA and LB". The existing 600-amp service that fed "LA and LB" will remain, but feeders and conduit will be demoed and rerouted to the new 400-amp service. The 600-amp service will continue to feed Panels "A, B, and C. Existing panels A, B, C, LA, and LB will be demoed and replaced with new panels. This is in accordance with the plan specifications.
