CPS Lockout Correction We need to update the water heater gas line, as it is currently improperly installed and does not meet code requirements. At this time, the water heater is connected to the furnace gas line, which is undersized and must be replaced. We will install new gas supply lines with proper drip legs and approved shut-off valve locations. Scope of work includes updating the gas piping for the furnace and water heater only in order to bring the system up to current code requirements. A gas test will be performed upon completion. All other existing original gas lines will remain unchanged.
