**PENDING PLANNING APPROVAL** We are installing a small 11'x24' Carport alongside existing home. It will face North and South. The west side of carport will be 5' Plus distance from the easement property line. The east side of carport will be approximately 6' from the existing home. The front and rear of the carport will run alongside of front and rear of existing home. As seen on the added drawing on the property survey. The drawing of Pavilion style carport is our basic carport using all required fasteners, Hurricane ties etc.. The Posts will be base plated to 18"x18"x24" footings. We will be adding a storage area at the rear of structure. The storage area will be built over a 11' wide x 4' deep 4" thick 3500 PSI concrete slab. using 2x4" wood framing with T1-11 Siding we will enclose the rear area with no load bearing areas. There will be one man door center front of the storage area. The small slab with be pour along side the Footings at the same time of pouring. 6 6x6 base plates will be anchored into the footing for a secured hold down using 1/2" x 6" Red Head anchors.
