The homeowner had a new roof installed in July 2023. The permit was revoked by the City of Dallas in November of 2023 after they attempted to call the roofing company with no response. They did shoddy workmanship and homeowner had to hire a second roofer to repair the errors made. The roof is in excellent condition now and homeowner just needs proof that the roof is in excellent condition and finished for home insurance purposes. Homeowner cannot get home insurance without a proper permit from City of Dallas.
