This project consists of the complete demolition and removal of an existing single-family residential structure. All utilities (electric, gas, water, and sewer) have been properly disconnected and capped prior to demolition in coordination with the City of Dallas and respective utility providers. Demolition will be performed using mechanical methods with appropriate dust control measures in place.
