NSFAA Remove existing built-in roof framing down to the top plates. Replace with new roof trusses from Builders First Source and associated framing in accordance with approved plans and current City of Dallas building codes. Scope includes replacement of all roof structural members, installation of roof decking, and preparation for roofing installation. Roof configuration to match existing footprint with 5x12 and 6x12 gables as specified in approved plans. Work to be performed in accordance with City of Dallas inspection requirements.
