Work includes construction of exterior walls on existing concrete slab footprint, installation of garage door, and minor framing modifications. New wall cavities to be insulated, while garage to remain unconditioned. No HVAC, no ductwork. No conversion to habitable space. No change to building footprint or overall square footage. New roof trusses and reroofing are not included in this permit scope and will be submitted under separate roof permit. Roof truss replacement/framing design to be permitted separately.
