Proposed Construction of a 24'x15' Detached Patio Cover consisting of structural steel posts, beams, rafters, and framing members. Roof assembly to include wood roof decking, synthetic underlayment, metal roofing panels, flashing, and associated trim components. Structure to be supported by new concrete piers and foundations in accordance with approved construction plans and engineered specifications. Project includes all structural steel components, roofing materials, connectors, fasteners, and related construction necessary to provide a permanent covered outdoor living area. All work shall comply with applicable building codes, permitting requirements, and approved construction documents.
