Scope of Work Mansard Roof Siding Replacement Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following work on the mansard roof area of the structure: 1. Removal of Existing Materials Contractor will remove one existing layer of asphalt shingles from the mansard roof area as required to expose the underlying substrate. All removed materials and construction debris will be properly disposed of off-site. 2. Weather Barrier Installation Contractor will install a weather-resistant barrier (house wrap) over the exposed surface in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and standard construction practices. 3. Window Flashing Contractor will install self-adhesive flashing tape around all window openings within the work area. Flashing will be installed in accordance with the flashing tape manufacturer's specifications to ensure proper water management and integration with the weather barrier. 4. Fiber Cement Siding Installation Contractor will install fiber cement siding over the prepared surface in accordance with the siding manufacturers installation guidelines, including proper fastening, spacing, and trim integration. 5. Cleanup Contractor will maintain a clean work area and remove all construction debris generated by this scope of work upon completion of the project.
