Customer to install primary conduit from new pole to transformer including transformer pad, install approx. 60' of 3 phase 795aac conductor - WS10 to replace existing class 5 wood pole with class 1 to re-construct single phase corner and accommodate for removal of span guy Remove:WS1 Remove 1 x arm and replace with fiberglass to extend OH Conductor, WS6 remove wood cross arm on bottom tap to remove OH crossing of 5th St, WS5,WS7 are removals of 2 class 3 wood poles with associated risers, fuses and URD, conduit & pads to be abandoned - 500 & 750 kva transformers to be removed - vouchered cost is to remove Old H Frame distribution facilities, WS11 is to remove span guy that is in conflict with construction Transfer:1 HPS SL from WS 2 to WS 3 to allow for primary riser to pad mount transformer
